Legrand is part of the Legrand Group, which is the global specialist in electrical and digital infrastructure in the construction industry. In Scandinavia, we are a small organization of 26 employees with strong ties to our international environment. The organization is headquartered in Denmark, but also operates in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland.

For more than 50 years, we have – under the brand RM Kabelbaner – been a leader in cable trays. We offer a wide range of solutions tailored to the residential, commercial and industrial markets. The many years of experience, strong product ragnges and local costumer and technical service make Legrand Scandinavia a qualified partner.
1953
THE BEGINNING
In 1953 the production of cable trays started under the name RM Rich. Müller Trading.
1995
EVOLUTION
In 1995, the name was changed to RM Kabelbaner A/S, still owned by the Company RMIG A/S.
2006
TRANSFORMATION
On May 1st 2006, RM Kabelbaner A/S was acquired by Cablofil and was therefore renamed Cablofil Scandinavia.
2011
OUTCOME
Cablofil is part of the international ICM Group. Cablofil and ICM Group are owned by Legrand Group. On January 1st 2011, Cablofil Scandinavia became Legrand Scandinavia.
