    THE TRANSFORMATION

    On May 1, 2006, RM Kabelbaner A/S was acquired by Cablofil, and therefore became Cablofil Scandinavia.

    THE OUTCOME

    Cablofil is part of the International ICM Group. Cablofil and ICM Group are owned by Legrand Group. On January 1, 2011 Cablofil Scandinavia became Legrand Scandinavia.
